Please organise the booking of the rooms yourself and pay directly on site. If the invoice is submitted by 25 June 2024, the costs will be refunded for EUR 100,000 GVA in own sales (paid-in) (max. EUR 250 per Business Partner). This means that all Business Partners who invoice € 100,000 GVA in own turnover from January to May will have the costs for the overnight stay paid. This is done, as usual, via the respective commission account.

It is advisable to book rooms from 7-9 June, as 8 June is also likely to be intense. On Sunday, 9 June, we are no longer planning a supporting programme.
