Home » WEREWOLVES, OLYMPIC GAMES AND FERRARI IN TUSCANY
6 days in one of the most beautiful regions in the world, 2 days on the biggest party mile in Italy. What an event! But let’s take everything in order so that the esteemed reader has a chance to follow the content of this text.
22 BPs qualified for this event and started the trip with a joint lunch at the Seespitz on the beautiful Wörthersee. This was followed by a very long car journey to Greve in Chianti, where we moved into a luxurious villa in the middle of the vineyards and immediately played football and/or inaugurated the pool. The pool table in the centre of the living room was immediately commandeered by the group and accordingly heavily frequented.
After a day to recover, we travelled to Florence to the largest outlet in Europe and the BPs went into a shopping frenzy in the midst of Versace, Gucci, Prada and so on. Meanwhile, Christian Schauer and Michael Kottnig also joined the group and became enthusiastic players of the parlour game ‘Werewolf’ in the evening. This entertaining game characterised the whole trip almost every evening until well after midnight.
The highlight for many was the private factory tour at Ferrari in Maranello, the Mecca of the sports car industry. Enthusiastic and infected by the red virus, the shop was then almost emptied by one or the other. Of course, we were also invited to a luxury winery, where one or two of us filled their car boots with fine wines fermented from red grapes, and day trips to Siena and Lucca characterised the next few days.
Of course, the annual Green Finance Olympics with three disciplines (billiards, quiz and football skills) is also a must. After culture, countless werewolves and impressive culinary delights, we travelled to Lignano Sabbiadoro (on the Whitsun weekend!) to let the werewolves, who had been very civilised up to that point, off the leash. The club visit to the legendary ‘Drago Club’ was correspondingly ‘intense’. The next day, a little later than usual, we travelled home and directly to Green Castle Hantberg to attend the equally impressive castle singing.
The anticipation for the next trip to Las Vegas/Los Angeles is accordingly great!
