On November 15, 2022 the time had come. The Green Finance Group set its next milestone in the still young history of the company and acquired a property in the Austrian capital.

This is located at Leberstraße 122, in Vienna’s 11th district. Planning and implementation for the Green Business Center Vienna (GBC Vienna for short) have thus begun. Especially in Vienna, where we now have 3 office locations and our strongest sales groups are at home, we want to realize a very special project.

We are planning an office building with a floor space of 25.000 m². The location of our future GBC Vienna is strategically well situated and easily accessible from all parts of Vienna. The 11th district of Vienna is very well connected by public transport as well as by motorized individual transport. This property is therefore ideally suited for a commercial location.

Here, it was particularly important to us that both the connection to the public transport network and the connection to a nearby highway exist. Both are guaranteed in our case, because the A23 passes directly by our property and the main train station as well as bus, suburban train and streetcar lines are within walking distance. Furthermore, there are nearby shopping facilities, pharmacies, supermarkets and some specialty stores to provide not only for the culinary well-being.
