Michael Kottnig, CEO of Green Finance Broker AG and Zenith GmbH, brings years of experience, passion and tireless commitment to his role. He will be instrumental in driving sales forward and developing long-term partnerships with our business partners, including internationally. With his excellent communication skills, he will support us in opening up new markets and expanding our network.
Michael Kaiserseder, CFO of ImmoWerte GmbH and Zenith GmbH as well as Managing Director of the Green Business Centres in Linz, Graz and Vienna, the Hospitality and Academy Resort in Styria and Green Assets GmbH, remains our reliable financial expert. With his in-depth expertise and his comprehensive area of responsibility, he makes a decisive contribution to the financial stability and growth of the subsidiaries.
In addition to managing LVA24 Prozessfinanzierung GmbH, Ekaterina Yaneva has also been a managing director of Green Finance Capital AG for some time. In recent years, she has learnt a great deal from working very closely with the Management Board and has been optimally prepared for her role. She will continue to profitably incorporate the expertise that has been passed on to her into her work.
Rifet Mulalic, the youngest member of the team, takes over responsibility for current and future property projects as Managing Director of ImmoWerte GmbH. He follows in the footsteps of Christian Schauer with great motivation and will continue to drive the property strategy forward together with his team.
The Board is rounded off by Karl Maria Dabringer, who as CEO of Green Finance Group AG will assume overall management responsibility. He brings vision and goal-orientated leadership that will lead the company into a successful future.
