After the Sun Contracting trip to Hamburg in 2023 was a complete success, over 60 Green Finance Business Partners were looking forward to this year’s trip, which took us to Berlin and Szczecin.

It all started with a visit to the VÖEST PV plant in Krems, where our BPs had the opportunity to inspect this 8.5 MWp plant. A reference object that amazed the new business partners in particular. We then travelled on by bus to Schwechat, where we took off for Berlin.

There we were invited to dinner on a restaurant boat and rounded off the evening with a glass or two of wine. The next day we travelled by bus to Szczecin and were able to visit the PV plant in Gmina Kaliz. A short presentation by Mr. Martin Hauder was also on hand to provide technical explanations from his colleagues at Sun Contracting.

The evening in Szczecin took place in an old brewery, where we had dinner together. The final event at the hotel bar was characterised by music, where German and internationally known songs were performed together.

On the last day, we travelled back to Berlin by bus, visited another plant in Mittenwalde and flew back to Vienna in the afternoon.
