The Green Finance Group has been the proud owner of the Hotel Römerstein in Bad Loipersdorf in Eastern Styria since mid-November 2023.

The boutique hotel, built in 1991, is located directly on the so-called Sonnenhügel and offers a magnificent view of the Loipersdorf thermal spa region. With the acquisition of this hotel, 10,500m² of building land also became the property of the Green Finance Group.

The Hotel Römerstein has a total of 17 rooms and suites and offers 1,500m² of space for 50-60 guests. A hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the 27-hole thermal spa golf course. The proximity to Austria’s largest and best-known thermal spa as well as the exceptional feel-good climate speak for themselves.

Our aim is to open the gates for spa guests and vacationers as soon as possible. The heating system and the technology in the swimming area will be completely renewed first. The wellness area will be adapted, the terrace enlarged or renewed and the outdoor area will also be given a fresh, elegant color scheme.
