The Green Finance Group acquired the property at Leberstraße 122, in 1110 Vienna, in November 2022.
Preliminary studies are currently underway. A new building with seven office towers is planned, with a central connecting element between them. In addition, catering and event facilities are planned for the ground floor. A gross floor area of around 30,000 m2 will be built on a site area of 5,400 m2.
