As you can see from the photos, work is progressing at a rapid pace.

Our aim is to complete the exterior of the building shell by the end of the year. This includes the complete erection of the walls, the installation of the roof and the fitting of the windows and doors. We are very pleased with the progress so far. The construction crane and heavy equipment are in daily use to ensure that we stay on schedule. The ground floor is already being built in section 1, the underground car park in section 2 and the floor slab (foundation) is currently being concreted in section 3.

We will then start with the interior work at the beginning of next year. This includes the installation of the electrical wiring, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems as well as the laying of the floors and the interior fittings. We plan to carry out all the interior work efficiently and to the highest quality standards to ensure that the building is not only perfect on the outside, but also on the inside. At the same time, we will also start designing the outdoor facilities to create an attractive and functional environment for future residents and visitors.
