On 2 May, a special event took place at the Danijel Peric head office, which was all about personal development.
With almost 100 business partners in our GBC Graz and the greatest possible motivation, this seminar day centred around three central questions:
Who am I?
What does happiness mean?
What is my personal why?
The aim of the event was to honour the next generation of the Peric management team and strengthen them on their path. All part-time partners who wanted to take the step into full-time work were given intensive training in advance – both in terms of content and on a personal level.
The event was characterised by inspiring content, emotional moments and appreciative interaction. The promotions of the last quarter and the personal interviews with experienced Business Partners, who reported on their own start and the initial challenges, were particularly impressive. A motivating and unifying final round, which created a good atmosphere with a symbolic armchair dance, concluded an extraordinarily successful event.
A successful day full of energy, dialogue and a strong signal for the future. Thank you to everyone involved!
