We currently have exciting news about our residential construction project in Weng. On 5 December, we celebrated an important milestone: the successful completion of the building shell! This project epitomises our aspiration to create modern and future-oriented residential solutions.

Since the start of construction in April 2024, the project has progressed at a remarkable pace. The shell of the building and the entrance to the underground car park were completed before Christmas and work is now starting on the windows. A total of 32 barrier-free flats are being built here, combining maximum living comfort with innovative construction methods.

Completion is scheduled for September 2025 – a clear sign of the efficiency of our project management. The professional coordination and careful realisation of the individual construction phases is particularly impressive. Together with regional trades that are carrying out essential work on the project, we are not only ensuring the highest quality, but also strengthening the local economy at the same time.

We are already registering great interest from many potential tenants in the flats being built.

We are looking forward to pressing ahead with this project and soon creating modern living space for future residents.
