MANAGEMENT PLAN

To kick off the year, we are pleased to present the current management plan. This provides a clear overview of our strategic goals, planned measures and priorities for the coming year.

All those who are already in a promotion cycle (status: written to) have the coming quarter (Q1/25) to reach the desired position according to the old criteria.

We are a continuously growing, transparent group of companies that has developed very successfully in recent years. Many BPs have made an impressive journey and a remarkable career. The basis for this is the management plan, which is implemented fairly and according to performance. Last year, there were constructive proposals at the Annual General Meeting, which have now been moderately implemented.
