Green Finance Group AG has received the green light for its prestigious project, the Green Business Center Vienna (GBC Vienna) at Leberstrasse 122 in Vienna’s 11th district of Simmering.

Now that the building permit has been granted, nothing stands in the way of implementing this pioneering construction project. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025 and be completed in December 2027.
