On Thursday, 2 May, the annual general meeting took place at the GBC Linz, which was a complete success and featured interesting content from all departments.

The Annual General Meeting was once again duly opened by our CEO, Mr Christian Schauer, with a great and interesting speech from him. The shareholders and directors were given an insight into what has happened in the past year 2023, where we are now and in which direction the successful journey of the Green Finance Group will take us.

Other speakers from the individual departments of the Green Finance Group were also present this time and provided exciting insights into their respective departments.

Our CFO, Michael Kaiserseder, gave an insight into the topics: Handling customer protection – incl. Analysis of the current situation, data control – adaptations and renewals, the Dream Car Programme and office subsidies, as well as commission settlements.

Christian Alesi, Head of Contract Department, provided an overview of all completed business cases in the Customers / Business Partners area in 2023 and highlighted the potential for optimisation in the areas of administration, special business cases and goodwill business cases.

Ms Julia Raffeiner, our Head of Marketing, took us through all the successfully implemented marketing activities in 2023, gave an interesting insight into what is currently happening in her department and a promising outlook for the rest of 2024.

Ekaterina Yaneva, Managing Director of LVA24, gave an overview of the business cases processed in 2023, the legal costs and financing and an interesting outlook for the rest of 2024.

Dr Hans-Jörg Megymorez, Head of Legal Department, gave an overview of all legal topics from the past year 2023 and an exciting outlook for 2024 on capital market law.

Our COO, Michael Kottnig, reviewed the sales year 2023 once again, with the development of key sales figures, the expansion of the GF product portfolio, the handling of customer protection – incl. the analysis of the current situation and insights into the expansion of Green Finance and all relevant news for 2024.
