On Thursday, 14 September, it was finally time for the eagerly awaited opening ceremony of our Green Business Center Linz.

In August 2021, the first excavators arrived on the site at Wegscheider Strasse 26 and now, a good 2 years later, you will find an ultra-modern office building with 77 offices, an in-house restaurant, countless meeting and training rooms and a high-class interior.

This is exactly what we wanted to celebrate on this day, especially with our Green Finance Business Partners. It was a very sensible approach to declare the opening ceremony an open day. The business partners had the opportunity to get a guided tour through the building and could also look at the entire premises of the GBC Linz at the same time. From the seminar facilities to the modern furnishings, everything at the GBC Linz has been implemented with the utmost care down to the smallest detail.

From 4 p.m. onwards, lectures worth knowing took place in the seminar rooms. These included facts and figures on the GBC Linz and gave the business partners an outlook on our next big project, the GBC Vienna.

From 6 p.m. onwards, around 200 business partners rounded off the wonderful day with finger food and cold drinks. It is also worth mentioning that there was a raffle again. The visitors of the opening ceremony donated € 13,235. The Green Finance Group doubled the amount donated and thus a total of € 26,470 was donated in equal parts to Kinderkrebshilfe and St. Isodor. So there were only winners on this day. In addition to the children, who can be massively helped by this donation, all business partners were able to see for themselves the great construction of the GBC Linz. This makes it obvious to everyone that Green Finance implements its real estate projects in an unparalleled and professional manner.
