On February 4th the time had finally come. The Green Finance annual trip started with 14 motivated business partners towards Kenya, where a breathtaking safari was on the agenda.

The Swahili Beach Resort in Diani Beach was the place to stay for the next 9 days. A luxury hotel, which had to offer beside several pool landscapes, exquisite rooms also a restaurant directly at the beach, where the winners of the annual journey could take their meals with white sandy beach.

The highlight of the trip was a two-day safari that took in Tsavo West and Tsavo East National Parks, the largest national park in Kenya. Equipped with 2 jeeps, Green Finance telescopes and safari hats, we headed to the most magnificent wildlife imaginable. The incentive group had the great fortune to experience Africa’s noblest wildlife up close. In addition to giraffes, antelopes and zebras, the business partners had the pleasure of experiencing four of the so-called “Big Five” up close. These were elephants, buffalo, the extremely rare leopard and the king of the animal world, the lion.

With incredible images in mind, the group drove in the evening to Salt Lick Safari Lodge, a first-class hotel on stilts. This lodge stood, as the name suggests, on stilts and in front of it was a water pond from which the thirsty animals could drink. The incentive winners sat on the terrace with their cocktails and watched countless lions, elephants, buffalos, antelopes and zebras drinking.

Of course, a boat trip was not to be missed in Kenya. With a boat and a local crew, we went to a reef where we could snorkel and see the colorful fish. With proper drinks provided and a musical staff singing for the Green Finance, this excursion was really fun and exhilarating.

The last two days were spent at the exquisite hotel resort and many constructive discussions were held about the future strategies of the Green Finance Business Partners. The motivation and commitment of this incentive group was extremely high, so that the calendar year 2023 can only be a very special one for everyone involved.

All in all, this Green Finance annual trip was exactly what the participants had dreamed of. A trip that had so much to offer that every participant will remember it fondly!
