Our pioneering residential project in Weng continues to take shape! Following the successful completion of the shell in December 2024, the windows were installed in January. The interior work is currently running at full speed, so that we are still heading for completion on schedule in September 2025. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This project sets new standards in terms of sustainability and living comfort. The district heating supply from Hargassner Ges.m.b.H is based on regional wood chips and ensures resource-saving heating. The energy concept is complemented by a photovoltaic system with storage technology, which enables the efficient use of electricity. The solid brick construction with 20 cm of thermal insulation not only contributes to a pleasant living environment, but also to a reduction in energy consumption. <\/p>\n

Another technical highlight is the modern building technology, realised by Strasser Installationen GmbH, which integrates sustainable heating and sanitary solutions. Elektro Wasner Ges.m.b.H & Co KG provides an intelligent electrical infrastructure with fibre optic connection and energy-efficient lighting. The underground car park has licence plate recognition and prepared e-charging facilities for environmentally friendly mobility. <\/p>\n

The shell of the building was realised by PORR Bau GmbH, which, with its many years of experience, stands for sustainable, durable and high-quality construction.<\/p>\n

A key success factor is the close cooperation with the municipality of Weng and regional partners, which not only ensures the highest construction quality, but also strengthens the local economy.<\/p>\n

Marketing of the 32 barrier-free, high-quality flats will start in the second quarter of 2025 and reservations can already be made now!
