This provides a clear overview of our strategic goals, planned measures and priorities for the coming year. <\/p>\n<p>All those who are already in a promotion cycle (status: written to) have the coming quarter (Q1\/25) to reach the desired position according to the old criteria.<\/p>\n<p>We are a continuously growing, transparent group of companies that has developed very successfully in recent years. Many BPs have made an impressive journey and a remarkable career. The basis for this is the management plan, which is implemented fairly and according to performance.
