Construction progress Green Business Center Linz<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The last few months have been used to actively drive forward the construction of the Green Business Center in Linz. Construction is now in full swing and we are making great strides towards completion in the coming year 2023. The new business center will provide workplaces for 200 people. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The following areas are currently being built and completed: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • The facade work is in full swing and the interior walls are as good as finished.<\/li>\n
  • Since all windows have already been installed and the roof has also been sealed, work has started on installing technology on all floors inside the building. The technology is already very advanced<\/li>\n
  • Currently, the ventilation system, the installations, the electrics, and in the meantime already the interior partition walls are being erected.<\/li>\n
  • The heat pumps have been installed outside and on the roof and the screed has been made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    As you can see, things are progressing and we are happy about every further step forward!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
